GENERAL CARE

First of all, check if you are a suitable candidate for permanent makeup treatments. If you have any of these conditions, please inform us and consult your doctor to make sure you are allowed to have microblading or shading treatment:


Please Note: You may be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

  • Upcoming vacations

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Diabetic

  • Viral infections and/or diseases

  • Epilepsy

  • Pacemaker or heart conditions

  • Had an Organ transplant

  • Tendency towards keloids or scarring

  • Seborrheic dermatitis

  • Skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

  • Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

  • Had Botox in the past 2 months

  • Used Accutane in the past year

  • Taken Doxycycline in the past 6 months

  • Allergies to anesthetic (lidocaine) or epinephrine

  • Extremely oily or problematic skin

  • Cancer or chemotherapy

  • Auto-immune diseases

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A PERMANENT EYBROW TREATMENT?


  • Avoid alcohol, drink containing coffeine, aspirin/ibuprofen, and any vitamins that may thin your blood for 72 hours.

  • Any waxing or brow shaping should be done at least 2 days before.

  • Avoid sun tanning or tanning beds for 4 weeks prior to your procedure.

  • Any previous eyebrow permanent makeup must be light enough for treatment.

  • Please Note: You may be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

  • Not pregnant or nursing.

  • Also refrain from Vitamin E and fish oilcapsules for 3 days prior to your application.


AFTER CARE INSTRUCTION


  • No water on the brows for 7-10 days post-procedure, only clean with recommended wipes.

  • No makeup, sweating, sun, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming in chlorine pools or the ocean during healing (usually 10 days).

  • Do not rub, pick, or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A PERMANENT EYBROW TREATMENT?

PERMANENT MAKEUP LIP PRECARE

  • Hydrate your lips well before the appointment.

  • Exfoliate your lips gently for a few days leading to your procedure.

  • Avoid heavy sunlight and especially sunburn 3 days before the procedure.


LIP POSTCARE

  • Lips will be swollen for a few hours to a few days post-procedure; this is normal.

  • Apply aftercare ointment provided to you with a cotton swab and clean hands.

  • Drink everything through a straw until the healing process is complete.

  • Avoid spicy foods and keep the mouth clean after meals.

PERMANENT MAKEUP LIP PRECARE

EYELINER PRECARE

  • Do not wear contact lenses during the procedure or for 24 hours after.

  • Bring sunglasses to wear home. Eyes may be light sensitive.

  • Do not dye or perm lashes for 2 days prior.

  • Eyelash extensions must be removed and reapplied after 2 weeks.


EYELINER POSCARE

  • Apply the aftercare ointment with a cotton swab and keep the area clean.

  • No mascara until outer healing is complete (3-5 days).

  • Do not use saline eye wash for the first 48 hours after the procedure.

EYELINER PRECARE

  • Do not wear contact lenses during the procedure or for 24 hours after.
