D Atellier Booking Policy

Appointment Scheduling

At D Atellier, we strive to accommodate our clients and ensure that each person receives the best possible experience and service. We understand that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to keep on schedule.

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double-book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.


Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us enough time to fill the slot with another client who may be waiting for an opening. Rescheduling or cancellations can be done via our online booking system or by calling our studio directly.

Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours from the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.


No Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of D Atellier, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please be aware that if you miss an appointment without notifying us, there will be a charge of 50% of the service fee. This fee will be required to be paid prior to future bookings.


Late Arrivals

To ensure that we deliver the best service to you and our other clients, late arrivals will be subject to reduced appointment times or may require rescheduling to another day, based on the discretion of the service provider. We will make every effort to accommodate the changes in a timely manner, but this may not always be possible.
